Compost London Newham Community Research Network Phase 2 Implementation Manager

Compost London is seeking a Newham CRN Phase 2 Implementation Manager to support the programme over the next five years. Your work will focus on supporting each community network and network lead to develop a strong community research network of committed organisations engaged in marginalised communities in Newham. Working closely with Newham Council’s research team, UCL and community organisations, you will assist in the recruitment and coordination of training citizen social scientists from the Network to help create a framework of local research that empowers residents to influence research agendas, policy, and services in the Borough.

We are looking for individuals with lived experience to join our team and play a key role in supporting organisations working with with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ethnically marginalized women, and migrants and refugees. Your unique perspective and experience will be central to driving meaningful change and ensuring our services are inclusive and effective.
